To resolve ex-officio modifications of the percentage of aid greater than or equal to 10% of the regional incentive aid granted because it exceeds the maximum limits established in the Spanish regional aid map, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13.2 of Royal Decree 899/2007 of 6 July 2007.
