Form 186. Information Return. Submission of information concerning births and deaths.

Monthly information return form, to ensure suitable management by the Tax Agency, both of the deduction for maternity and, when appropriate, settlement of the monthly advance payment of said deduction. This return shall be filed by the Civil Registries via the Ministry of Justice's General Directorate of Registries and Notary Offices. Referring to registrations carried out in Civil Registries relating to births and deaths of children under the age of three and women between the ages of twelve and fifty-two.
