Description

Royal Decree-Law 28/2020, of 22 September, approves the amendment of DT 1 of Law 13/2011, of 27 May, on gambling regulations, assigning AEAT competences relating to the management and collection of the administrative fee for gambling management. EXCEPTIONALLY AND TEMPORARILY, until approval of the corresponding regulation, self-assessment of the fee for the administrative management of gambling regulated in Article 49 of Law 13/2011 will continue to be carried out through the Headquarters of the Directorate-General for Gambling.
