Description

The cancellation or modification of the registration made in favour of the applicant as a result of the accomplishment of a fact, act or business extinguishing the ownership right by virtue of which it was registered and, when applicable, the registration of a new cadastral holder. By lodging this request, the holder is exempt from declaring the corresponding fact, act or business as long as it is submited within a period of two months.
