Open Government

Through this channel, the Ministry takes part in the Transparency and Good Governance commitment undertaken by the General State Administration, providing citizenship with a channel to check information with regard to the activity carried out by the Department and to make it available for its re-use, as well as promoting social participation in matters that may be of their interest, as well as getting to know the opinion of citizens.

Such channel is governed by the provisions set forth under Act 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, and under Act 37/2007, of 16 November, on the re-use of information within the public sector, thus complementing the Transparency Portal and the Re-Use of Public Sector Information Portal, Datos.gob.es.

All of the available information may be used freely, as long as all conditions established in the disclaimer are observed.

Open Administration Week

• 2024 edition: From June 10 to 16, 2024.
• 2023 edition: From 20 to 24 March 2023.
• 2022 edition, from June 27 to July 1, 2022.
• 2021 edition: From 17 to 21 May 2021. Due to the sanitary circumstances, the events were organised exclusively by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function, with activities that allow the necessary precautions to be taken to prevent the spread of the virus.
• 2020 edition, Due to the health alert situation, the Open Administration Week was suspended.
• 2018 edition,  From 7 to 11 May 2018.
