The Tobacco Market Commission (CMT) is the autonomous agency created by the law 13/1998, 4 May, market management of tobacco and Tax Regulations under the ministry of finance through the branch, competent to safeguard neutrality and free competition in the market of tobacco throughout the national territory through their regulatory functions and monitoring, ensuring compliance with market operators of all the regulations through their powers of control, inspection and punishment, as well as manage and monitor the network of tobacco and Expendedurías Timbre of the state and act as a dialogue with market operators.

CIRCULAR 1/2020, 4 MAY, THE PRESIDENCY OF THE COMMISSIONER FOR THE MARKET OF TOBACCO, BY WHICH INFORMS THE OPERATORS EXTENSIÓN DURATION OF AUTHORIZATIONS FOR THE SALE OF TOBACCO WITH SURCHARGE (PVR) DURING THE STATE OF ALARM
- It has issued by the Tobacco Market Commission Circular 1/2020, reflecting the extension of the term of PVR authorizations that are in effect at the date of state of alarm or authorized by the commissioner while this continue, for a period equivalent to that lasts throughout the state of alarm.
TRACEABILITY: COMMON NOTIFICACIÓN ERRORS AND MOVEMENTS OF PRODUCT
The European Commission, together with the service provider for secondary repository of traceability system of tobacco products, DENTSU Aegis, have developed a document that describes the mistakes of notification more common encountered during the first months of operation of the repository secondary and the router of the HAT, as well as an outline explaining how to notify movements of product.
Its main objective is to help economic operators to review the practical aspects of their internal procedures and practices to ensure that their activities fully comply with the applicable rules on traceability of tobacco. The existence of errors of notification may compromise the performance of the applicable regulations, it is therefore important revision of the following documents.
