Appeals
  • Appeal for review to the Sub-Secretariat of Finance and Public Service Period of submission: 1 month.
  • Prior claim through the judicial process against Resolutions issued before the 2 October 2016 addressed to the Ministry of Finance and Public Service (General Sub-Directorate for Appeals, Claims and Relationships with the Justice Administration). The term will be established according to the nature of the purpose of the claim.
  • Legal action before the competent civil judicial body against Resolutions issued from 2 October 2016. The term will be established according to the nature of the purpose of the action.
