• Appeal for reconsideration to the body deciding e application (Minister of Finance and the Civil Service or, where applicable, to the Government Delegate Commission for Economic Affairs) within one month of the date of notification of the decision.
• Contentious-Administrative Appeal before the National High Court or the Supreme Court, depending on the deciding body (Minister of Finance and Public Function or the Government Delegate Commission for Economic Affairs, respectively), within a period of two months from the date of notification of the decision or, where applicable, of the resolution of the optional appeal for reconsideration.
