Applications for aid may be submitted by the beneficiaries, as defined in Article 8 of the legal bases, or by their legal representatives. The personal data provided will be used for the sole purpose of processing the grant application for the rehabilitation of buildings and dwellings.

Technical documentation relating to the works to be carried out in accordance with article 12.5 of the regulatory bases.
Documentation accrediting the personality of the beneficiary, in accordance with article 12.1 of the regulatory bases: To be provided by the interested party in cases where they have expressed opposition to the data consultation in the data consultation consent document (in-person processing)
Necessary documentation to prove ownership of the property in accordance with article 12.2 of the regulatory bases.
Necessary documentation to verify income and family composition in accordance with article 12.4 of the regulatory framework.
Application for a municipal building licence (except in applications for subsidies for special elements, concealment and centralisation of installations and accessibility), licence of first use for the purchase of dwellings, all in accordance with article 12.5 of the regulatory bases
Certification of being up to date in the payment of obligations with the City Council of Toledo: The interested party must provide this documentation if they object to its consultation as indicated in the data consultation consent form.
Necessary documentation to demonstrate compliance with the assessment criteria set out in article 13 of the regulatory framework as specified in article 12.7 of the regulatory framework
Certification of being up to date in the payment of obligations with the State Treasury: The interested party must provide this documentation if they object to its consultation as indicated in the data consultation consent form.
Certification of being up to date in the payment of obligations with the Social Security: The interested party must provide this documentation if they object to its consultation as indicated in the data consultation consent form.
