• Certification of being up to date in the payment of obligations with the City Council of Toledo: To be provided by the interested party in cases where they have expressed opposition to the data consultation in the data consultation consent document

• The Executive Committee of the Consortium of the City of Toledo has approved subsidies of more than 60,000 euros.
• The Consortium Manager of the City of Toledo is responsible for the allocation of subsidies up to a maximum of 60,000 euros.

• Submit an appeal for judicial review to the Contentious-Administrative Court of Toledo or the High Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha, in accordance with the provisions of Law 29/1998, of 13 July, regulating Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, within two months from the day following notification of the act.
• Appeal for reversal may be made to the awarding body (either the Executive Committee or the Manager of the Consortium of the City of Toledo) within one month of the date of notification of the act.
