• In accordance with Article 10.1 of the Regulatory Bases, the following documentation relating to the applicant's personality is provided: Documents that the data subject has not consented to be consulted on will be provided, unless the data subject has indicated in the data consultation consent document that they do not wish to receive these documents
• Necessary documentation to prove ownership of the property in accordance with article 10.2 of the regulatory bases
• Documentation relating to the use of the property, in accordance with article 10.3 of the regulatory bases
• Certification of being up to date in the payment of obligations with the City Council of Toledo: To be provided by the interested party, except for the non-opposition statement in the data consultation consent document.
• Documentation accrediting compliance with the evaluation criteria established in article 11 of the regulatory bases, together with the official form of Annex I Description of building and state of conservation
• Certification of being up to date with the payment of obligations to the State Treasury: To be provided by the interested party in cases where they have expressed opposition to consultation in the data consultation consent document.
• Certification of being up to date with Social Security obligations: To be provided by the interested party in cases where they have expressed opposition to the data consultation in the data consultation consent document.

• The Manager Consortium of the City of Toledo is responsible for the allocation of subsidies up to a maximum of 60,000

• Submit an appeal for judicial review to the Contentious-Administrative Court of Toledo or the High Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha, in accordance with the provisions of Law 29/1998, of 13 July, regulating Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, within two months from the day following notification of the act.
• Appeal for reversal may be made to the awarding body (either the Executive Committee or the Manager of the Consortium of the City of Toledo) within one month of the date of notification of the act.
