Determination of retail prices of manufactured tobacco products destined to be marketed in Spain.
It is necessary to be able to use this procedure be agent of the market of tobacco included in the register of market operators of tobacco.
According to the Circular 1/2019, 11 November, commissioner for the market of cigars, approving the specific model for the communication of the retail prices and labelled, packaged and presentations of tobacco products, must therefore be used for this communication the model published in the annex to the Circular, starting from 15 November 2019.
