Average payment time to suppliers

The Organic Law 2/2012, of April 27, introduces the concept of average payment time as an expression of the time of payment of commercial debt. RD 1040/2017, of December 22, which modifies RD 635/2014, of July 25, which develops the methodology for calculating the average payment time to suppliers for Public Administrations and the conditions and the procedure of retention of resources of financing regimes, foreseen in the Organic Law 2/2012, of April 27, of Budgetary Stability and Financial Sustainability.
